Capitulation happened on EU @2.85C today.

The new DCL/ICL for Uranium stocks will starts first week of Dec. Just watch EU to tests its all-time high at $6.81C, $7.00C on Sep 13, 2021 in the next three months which is the first resistance on Weekly chart. EU is very oversold on daily and weekly charts, and all oscillators are UP.
