The silence is deafening

Due to drop more today. They obviously do not have a PR dept or a budget for one. I still did not receive a reply to my questions or even an acknowledgement that they sre still alive and working. I believe this is very arrogant on the companies part.

Sometimes they do not reply. Other times they reply only weeks later! The best is to call. Agreed. They should respond to any email with questions.
