Ignore Option Fix?

I'm having an issue with the "ignore" option not working. Does anyone have a similar issue?
Goldy's poor grammar and monotony is bad enough, never mind the all the bashers making false claims.
I used to read the comments on here but it's just waste of time without being able to ignore the idiots.
How do I fix this?

Have the same  problem with the delete button to get rid of one of my favourite bullboards
