Could somebody explain to me why it is so difficult to find a partner for a project with a NPV in the billions. Seems to me there is something preventing this from moving forward. What is that.

I second guess myself on FEO quite regularly. I can never seem to let go of my holdings because of the quality of the people involved. It is a very successful team. Legitimate credentials - not like many scammers in the venture world.
