RE:RE:History says you are wrong

Good questions. It is trading on the H because FGC never filed the annual audit and a number of quarterly financial statements.(at least that is my understanding)

Walter is non-responsive to everyone, apparently. It seems he became unresponsive because he doesn't like criticism.  He believes he's done a great job. He, apparently, can't understand why 10+ years of the stock doing nothing is a negative thing. It seems he's doing the equivalent of holding his breath and stomping his feet by being silent.

Why hasn't the Board of Directors not done something? Anything?  With no management and no oversight by the board, is FGC even an ongoing concern??

There is minimal royalty income, So, maybe FGC is not officially dead - yet. After doing nothing, or at least apparently doing nothing, Walter should resign! Or stop his childish behaviour and do what needs to be done.

But, this is all just one man's opinion.
