Can list on TSX until they have revenues and cannot have revenues without production. And FL is a pre-production and pre-revenue company. Three are a lot of possible triggers that could start FL shares upwards. TSX listing is not one of them, at least in near future/

I made reasearch on TSX main listing requirements, revenue and production aren't criteria for this. FL could be eligible for TSX listing within 1-1,5 year. May be they will proceed directly to NASDAQ (I.e. Sigma Lithium). Thanks for that detail. I guess the barriers are having the development plan including sources of capital and likely needing an industry leading partner that does have access to capital.  The applicant must supply a management-prepared 18-month projection (by quarter) of sources and uses of funds signed by the Chief Financial Officer. There will be a lag time to get power and road
