Guys, check the sedi filing, just filed.

CEO exercised the option at a buck and sold at 2.20 of over 770k share. Also David the director sold as well 133k. Insider selling, not good sign. Before you open your mouth, check sedi filing 1st.

There are couple other directors sold as well. CEO cashed in shareholders money nicely. He better delivers. good luck

Not impressed. That's for sure.

Insiders always sell and have to exercise options. This isn't a lot of volume considering the daily trade lately. You need $$$ to exercise options. Tax time is also coming. Make sure you pay your taxes.

That is slimy. Nothing worse having a CEO/board who sells like that. The absolute number isn't bad considering the massive volume, but the optics!!!  Q. do you think they did the big promo deal to set up the volume and price to take a position off or do you think they have something realy happening.  What's interesting is all the insider sales etc were reported today ...more

"Disposition in the public market" of common shares means not all of this is options. It looks like profit taking. https://www.canadianinsider.com/company-insider-filings?ticker=FLT.V

Better than loss taking. Insiders are granted options as a part of compensation instead of salary. Nothing new. Go ahead....bash away. I need more cheap shares. I was used to buying at $0.65...this costs more at $2.12

Option sales are masking a net sale of shares. Be careful and look at this closely. pkrash, you get very nervous easily. It may be okay that they sold but it is not only options and many insiders sold together at the same time. It is not about what you want or think it to be, it's just a fact that it was not expiring options and involves multiple people at the same time. Michael Della Fortuna ...more

LOL!!! You're the best. You got nervous and sold long ago. I'm not nervous at all. Don't put words in my mouth. There is no "masking of net sale of shares". It's all public. Also remember...for every seller there is a buyer. Who do you think is buying the millions of shares each day? US volume is up big. You have no clue and sold out long ago.

Bashing, no. Voicing displeasure ... yes.  I agree options are compensation. I've not checked the filings to see what the salaries are, but they burn rate on this one would suggest they all have a good salary, IMO and without factural proof.  One thing most don't realize is the new gov rules on taxes means in order to take down your options as an insider you have to pay the ...more

How about you go read some reports and find out how much the CEO's salary is and get back to us. I know what it is. You don't.
Comment by Yo_Dog on Feb 16, 2021 10:05pm
Fair enough.  The CEO's salary is $392,700/yr. Crazy nice since revenue is minute at this time. Good gig.  The MD&A states the CEO would recieve $392,700 if he's terminated. There are no criteria around that ... nothing saying if FLT has +$1M in revenue etc. What kind of board would approve that kind of compensation without some sort of preformance goals?

I have the same thinking...
Comment by jdgreat1 on Feb 16, 2021 10:42pm
Who knows. Possible. If any material news is coming soon, who would have sold the shares for that money? it is normal for us to think that they would have waited for more. They have nice pay checks and don't think they need money. To me it is always red flag when CEO sells. Let us see what happens. Good luck
