Great news on IBA with NHCN!

Great news on IBA with NHCN!Does anyone at the company know when this Benefits Agreement will be filed on SEDAR, as a Material Agreement?  This is required by securities laws.  The rumour up north here is that it includes things like a board seat for NHCN and other material provisions.  I've notificed the BCSC to look into this, but if anyone has any information, that would be greatly appreciated!!

It would be great to have more local board involvement, so our resources are not stolen by a CEO living in Mongolia!!  I am sure all shareholders would like this information!

Thanks!
