SEDAR is where publicly listed Co's HAVE to post financials, MD&A's etc...full disclosure.
Its where Crooked Gary posted the Chinese offtake was a dud...lot's of NR's about the offtake when 1st announced but was burried 30 pages deep into a MD&A when it died.
SEDAR is where your primary investigation into a Co should begin, MD&A's show you how many fingers are into the till....where one could read about FMS prepaying for flights on JAG aircraft . JAG ? Jeff and Gary's personal plane. Effers should be in handcuffs...IMHO
