FNC is out to lunch

The news from the company's recent "great investment opportunity " in EDM is that EDM has been crosschecked by IIROC. A retraction on Red Cloud analyst rating. Sedi shows recent insider reporting for EDM. The real kicker is 3 directors of FNC including Chairman of the Board and CEO of Fancamp are on the EDM board. No back patting there is a wild thought. Maybe they stepped aside for votes but there is always the notorious 2 votes for FNC chair, who knows. The pouring of FNC money into an aged zinc pit is a bad decision. The company description for Fancamp on this site states an acquisition of Scozinc, the former name of EDM. So what is this company really doing?
