So when does an outside investigation begin and who does it?

This time lapse is extensive regarding the company and its auditors inability to agree.

What are the next steps for the protection of shareholders' investments?

How long before a third party investigation commences?

Does anyone know how we can get answers??

Lord knows I've tried. There is, sadly, NOBODY going to conduct an outside investigation. As I've commented, there are three regulatory bodies in Canada and they climb all over each other to get out of the way and hide from any attention, never mind an investigation. And the mgmt, bod, and their lawyers know this. As I've commented before, based in my experiences, IIROC is the most ...more

Here we have a smaller maybe occasionally well meaning group of granola chomping, tree hugging, whale lovers way, way, out there on the left coast. Same person is likely available to feign interest in helping. They REALLY didn't like my persistence and suggestion ...more

Thanks for the info and analysis. It would truly appear  the only way forward is to make application to the court to force an AGM.  This costs the shareholder applicant in legal fees and is onerous on the shareholder who comes forward. There is the B.C. Registrar of companies which requires the company meet certain standards. ( Unfortunately though, one of the main reasons the proxy of ...more

I don't know anyone at that accounting firm but sooner rather than later they will resign as auditors as the piddly $75k in fees fnc pays doesn't cover any risk of destruction of reputation. That math should be glaringly obvious.

It is amazing how this team has managed to botch up the company and how poor a job they are doing at investor relations and other communications. Laughable but really not.  It will be interesting to see whose reputation gets a stellar rating here, my bet is on the guy they have tried to ruin.
