Arrogance
The non operators suggesting they are operating this company with no AGM in sight are once again putting the shareholders into a lockhold because of their ineptitude. Based on previous actions they will use every loophole to serve their own interests.
The AGM is due and there is no communication.

Anyway you look at it. What can retail shareholders do if the there's no AGM going beyond 15 months? It's not significant enough to get the stock halted and force them to do an AGM. We are at the mercy of FNC board of directors what they want to do next, agree or not. imo.

Yes, we are at the mercy of those who are so called management and BOD. But, this is still a public company, which means shares can be traded and accumulated. We all have the freedom to vote when the time comes and believe the more you have the less they can control.

There was an Advance Notice Policy put out by the company at some point, I think the minimum notice they can give is 30 days. If they receive an extension from the B.C. registrar of companies which is likely given their aggressive carelessness they would have to put out a news release informing us, that is my understanding.
