How many Directors bought into this latest cheap unneeded PP? If they bought on open market what would share price be??

How many had sticky stinky fingers in on latest investment. Anyone think this was done totally non arms length with no fees kicked back anywhere ? LOL. Too busy for an AGM. Disgusting.

How can this go through when there has been no  news about the overdue AGM? The look is sleazy, one of the major shareholders who is also an insider and who did a  creepy deal with Champion for 22M shares at the same time the non recourse royalties were cancelled, now has added to his  share tally through his private company making it impossible for any fair challenge  at an

As for NeoTerrex, another insider benefitting from his association with the company.  Is this one sleazy, I doubt it given the principal. Fancamp probably threw money at the company  to keep him close. However, he did take part in the $4.7M recent yet unapproved private placement. A confusing history.

Iiroc will get involved if they can but unfortunately, on this matter, they can't. We are stuck with the tsx who will ignore you, or the bcsc, who refuse to do their job. And sadly, they all know this.

I disagree, it behooves them to make an example of this company to smarten up and stop screwing shareholders around. I believe there is a strong case against them. We, as shareholders need to help the BCSC, IIROC, the TSX.V. and B.C. registrar of companies do their job. Send them your comments. Turn the tables around Maxmoe.

Turn the tables on who? I've been conversing with regulators for decades. As I've said before iiroc is , in my opinion, the most competent of them all but also, sadly, the least empowered to do anything. It's an industry run organization, not government, so it carries a very small stick. But I appreciate that they actually seem to care about shareholders and our capital markets. Anyone

Thanks Maxmoe, very helpful. Turn the tables ref is directed at Fancamp. They believe they are untouchable at this point, if this scuzzy PP goes through. The form they filed on sedar re material change shows all the shareholders are not interested parties!! And no director abstained or voted against.  The longtime shareholders, who ARE interested parties  are left in the dark. I wonder

If $1 was placed in the USA, then by all means flip your info to the USA regulators. Posting about it here is pointless. I guarantee you no regulator anywhere monitors these social media BS channels.
