Holiday or hideaway mode
Would never ever put anything past these operators. They announce a very questionable and arguable placement when many are already on holiday, then slip in the interim MD&A and fins today. Shockingly the private placement application to file with TSX.V was accepted as accurate with 60M plus common shares at $0.18 which doesn't jive with the news release stating otherwise and opens up a major can of worms. 37 placees, including 7 insiders plus 3 groups, whoever they are ?? All done through Haywood Securities who were recently nailed by FINTRAC for not knowing their clients!
Turning shareholders upside down, and all on the first day of the year.
