Hindsight is always 20/20.

What could Smith have done with the board at a time (2019) when it is now clear there was a Scozinc plan in the offing?  

Probably not much given the obvious moves made to unseat him  in 2020 by  ridiculous means and the measures taken to throw him first under the bus, then over a cliff  into shark infested waters.  The harassment is continual in the subsequent MD&A's. The costs are pathetic. 

The bandidos rinse and repeat their vile attacks on the guy who put the company together in the first place and  who invited those board members  to be part of the Fancamp team.  It really is a drama of the first order  on a par with the story of one Julius Ceasar a few years ago.

Then there is the CFO,  there since the beginnings of the company.  Imagine working with someone for 30 years , having gone through countless audits and company filings without any  regulatory issues, engaged in company business over a very, very, very long time on practically a daily basis. The fact the CFO is still there is just sad imo. 

But the company was never about just Smith , it was about exploration and the processes that go with it.  For those long hangers on like myself, we all know  how much he disliked dilution and was always about managing on tight budgets and trying to get the best outcomes for shareholders.

Given the difficult path toward achieving  nirvana for shareholders, I think the accomplishments made for the company on his watch are testament to how exploration should be done.  The fact there are countless lazy villains out there with zero geological knowledge and experience is an aside. He was ambushed.

Best part  about Smith and his response to it all, is that he hasn't given up, rolled away or sunk to the bottom.  I am looking forward to he and CACR making something work out with the complexities of Magpie to the benefit of Fancamp shareholders as was originally intended and reported on last year.

The idea that current fnc management have anything to do with Magpie makes me want to throw up.

Gaslighting can fix anything hindsight highlights or darkens. It's nauseating to watch the new reich trying to rewrite the history of fnc with themselves as the liberators of Europe.

Hope you are right. Meanwhile, by spending a few bucks on fluff promo at ceo website, they can control the channel and ban anyone they want. Maxmoe,  you  may have noticed that my "explainer" post was removed.  Pretty silly stuff. Once again the dark force is at work. To be clear  certain comments made on the unmentionable bullboard is what was being referred to. It  just goes to show eh.
