Even with the HALT,, notice how the BID / ASk keeps going UP--- slowly, quietly?!!


BID was $3.04 @ 1:24,  then $3.06,  now $3..10,  and shares wanted also increasing.  58,000 now;
 was less than 5,000 an hour ago!
