Yup. Makes me very curious how well this worked last time. Buy a revenue generating company with 5 million leads. You would think it works quite well if they are doing it again so soon.

It's a pretty proven model. Buy up a load of undervalued, unloved, fragmented assets with a dormant but sizable user base. Integrate with mothership. Add functionality. Re-engage users. Harvest data. Sell data. Repeat. This is the google playbook from back in the day (not making any kind of outcome comparison but just the model).

It was rather nice to wake up to the news today.  Truthfully, I wasn't expecting much more of anything this calendar year. When Rob said mulitples of increasing revenue, did he say that for organic growth or acquistion growth, or both.  The business model also brings in talent which in today is difficult to come by.  Add Revenue Add Customers Add Talent Market Penetration with
