BEST news to start the day  (and as of now the BID /ASK is already 10% higher. ) If FOBI owed my company $ !00K for some product / service I supplied and they offered me 250,000 shares to call it even,  I would snap up that offer like NOW! Two years from now when the shares are at about $1.75, I will take 5 X my money happily.
