So is it for the 3.0, it says hardware, but the explanations seems more like software, has anyone other then Cory even seen a 3.0?

It's both software and hardware my man. Aka, a 3.0 device.

In the end, software needs hardware to operate how it's programed to run,  thus the microchips they obtained for the software. ..  Here's the US patent#   US-20210049576-A1 Cheers
