Filoux, yes that is a very good question, one that I have asked myself. This recent bump up could be to sucker in buyers so that they can off some stock to participate in the PP.  I say by the end of the month it gets done....(Me speculating)

Fillix you are obviously not that bright. The first tranche closed and the second next week. Fobi is turning away orders as it is fully oversubscribed. So you should consider just covering before it is too late. Stan says this is the next big move higher.  Wait for the big drop. Things are about to get real.  MVS

Thanks Steamer. What other option is there for us long term holders?,certainly I haven't beat the table by holding. I have a serious truckloads of shares that is dead money. Fortunately I can write it off ,others I don't  know if they can. It doesn't  appear  the stock will ever get lower .. Will we wait another  few years to brake  even on holding? Never
