House Cleaning

I just read news that there have been resignations from the board. Smith, Majcher and most importantly, GARDNER, are gone. As you will recall, Gardner was the director that was involved in a lawsuit with Campbell over at Viridis. I'll bet that the volume we saw this afternoon was those resigned directors selling the few shares they owned. There may be a few more to go but not many as these guys didn't ever take that much ownership in the company. J.M.O. Chipshot2

There will probably be more pain ahead in the next few days but hopefully we hear something positive in ...more

Chipshot, what makes you think the person who left was the problem. I'VE BEEN WITH fs BEFORE IT WAS FS. dO SOME DD, GOING WAY BACK. dO YOUR OWN THINKING ON THE RESEARCH.

Colt45 asks an interesting question. All I can see is that Gardner and Campbell had a falling out for reasons I don't know. In the summer, Gardner, a director and CFO of First Star sold almost 1 million shares of the company. This in of itself is not unusual as I have seen management of many companies sell shares only to repurchase in a PP. I don't believe that Gardner ever repurchased ...more
