When will the trading resume ?

Gold hits $1550 this am, and my bet is we will see $1600 very soon with the amount of anxiety in the markets concerning the American debt crisis etc, etc. Once we get trading again we should see the assays shortly thereafter. Sold a pile of my GER on Friday at a considerable profit anticipating we just might see some negative sentiment here after the cease order gets lifted..this in my opinion would certainly signal a buying opportunity. GAX is off everyones radar screen, stellar drills results at Regcourt  that resemble or better phase I results will perk this baby up. Anyone know when the trading will resume??

   ss1867,as I understand the CTO,it wil be for 15 days.It's really a shame about the circumstances that created the problem,however ,I think GAX should have had aplan in place to do the filing in an emergency.They should have known that time was closing in on them to get this done.Anyways,we should be back trading on July 19th.

Thankyou for your insights, yes I agree contingency plans should be in place for unforeseen circumstances. With the quick submittal of the documentation after the CTO, and the application to have the CTO lifted I was wondering if the process would be speeded up or if the 15 day suspension is held. Either way a unfortunate incident all around. Perhaps the CTO will end just as we get those assays

I am also looking to buy in once trading begins, i was actually going to buy the day the CTO was issued last week.  This presents a fantastic buying chance for people who were looking to get in before assays, we likely we will see emotional traders selling when this thing trades again.  Then again this SP was already really discounting the potential of this company before the CTO so

I agree, kinda like a long trading halt before assays are released. It would be something if company released great assays while the CTO is still in effect, Where would it start retrading...wishful thinking perhaps. I`m actually hoping for a little downward move in SP after CTO so I can strengthen my position ahead of what I anticipate will be good assays.Gold is looking very strong here moving

I have invested about as much as I am comfortable with in this stock. We now have 2 opposing forces on this stock. One is their inability to get things done on time. I realize there were some extenuating circumstances that caused the delay, but this would never have been an issue if they just simply did their financials in May like most other companies. The changes were apparently not that much so

I don't think we'll wait 15 days. That happened on another stock I owned. Unfortunately for you, there was no downward. The stock was well supported.
