GOLDBROOK VENTURES INC > Deadline today?

Deadline today?

Will you get satisfaction, another delay or more vague news?

July 20 NR: "... The Tribunal further directed that if Goldbrook intends to seek an award directing the steps to be taken to restore its 25% shareholding beyond the declarations made in the Award that the Tribunal requires submissions from the parties on that issue. The Tribunal has reserved its jurisdiction to decide all matters relating to costs until any further submissions have been made." Goldbrook was given a chance to present an argument for damages. They didn't do that, so there were no damages?  That's very strange to me. They were apparently given 60 days to sort this out. That brought us to Sept 18.

Sept. 28 NR: "The Arbitration Tribunal also found that Jien Canada breached the Shareholders Agreement by approving the September 21 Resolution." Can anyone explain what the "September 21 Resolution" is?

Sept. 28 NR: "In the Award, the Arbitration Tribunal further declared that the Units issued pursuant to the September 21 Resolution are invalid, null and void and directed the parties to discuss the steps that should be taken to cancel the Units, and to use their best efforts to agree on and implement those steps. The Arbitration Tribunal continues to reserve its jurisdiction to determine any further steps that the parties must take in light of that declaration for a further 30 days."

30 days from Sept 18 is October 18... today.

Any thoughts?

This is only an educated guess....Butt the the dates that you post are correct butt they are not news release dates as they are dates from the judges. So i figure we are at least one week away fron news release day.For your September 21 date...this I know was a refferall to last year board meeting in China where the gave us the first shaft. Butt who forgot to put that in Goldbrook ...more

Roadking, thanks for the reply.Just for the record, I didn't predict a .10 price by Christmas, that was easymoney321. This stock is trading too irrationaly right now to make any predictions. The apparent facts available to GBK shareholders don't seem to add up.We all know the upside: -- plenty of high grade resources available-- a mine in the process of being built-- mine is completely ...more

RS,If you go to canadianinsider.com and punch in gbk you will note that as of the dates indicated in September a lot of insiders have bought a lot of shares in the open market at relatively high prices...it is a bizarre twist that they would buy relatively high cost shares on the open market when they could have subscribed to the pp at .15 and the warrant scheme. K613, I saw that insiders bought some over the past several months. Total amount is about 800,000 shares @ between .175 and .30 That's less than 1/2 of a percent insider ownership. I don't think they are holding more than 1-2 % ownership in total. That is very strange, if their assets are supposedly worth so much more. I agree with you that their purchase of shares at higher prices is ...more
