Anyone noticing that GDNP is slowing acquiring all the good properties, giving the company underlying real estate value as well as the bio-plastics business that sits atop said property? Similar to McDonald's owning the land for their locations, with the burger joint sitting on top. If we can keep tying up good industrial lands, the company's value will only climb... I think we can reach

Just oodles of revenues, but sadly, no profits.

Some people on the bullboards will fire at me for saying this, but profits are not that important in this growth stage... they will certainly be important when we become a bigger, slower growing company but  for now if we can accretively acquire and grow, we should be good. 36 cents per share is a pure givaway given we are a growing player in a highly fragmented industry with strong dynamics
