So, if i wanted to run a scam ...

So, if i wanted to run a scam ...I would start off like Goldbank has. An inactive shell with a gold property in the Klondike, a large percentage of shatres held by a few insiders, one director who has a history of being lax with filings, a group of directors who have not accomplished amazingly successful (not just somewaht successful)  things in the past and a CEO with an Italian last name.
Not that i am saying that this group has any intention of running a scam. No Sirreee, not even hinting at that action by this group of outstanding individuals..
I think i will buy a few shares, just in case. Given that snow is falling in the Klondike now, a South American acquisition could be in the wind to take advantage of the yearly climatic conditions.
