As $GMG.V begins to get closer and closer to their goals of mass production for their graphene battery cells, they just completed their investment decision for the Phase 1 of its graphene manufacturing expansion project. The phase 1 plan will include:
- 5-year lease to expand total office and warehouse space to 3,500 square metres.
- The next generation of their proprietary graphene production technology with enhanced automation and a micro-grid with energy storage component to improve commercial/environmental electricity supply for production.
- An infrastructure corridor to allow rapid scaling of further graphene manufacturing capacity during future phases of the expansion.
- This project will help them produce enough graphene for their future plans with battery cell manufacturing and will also help the company reduce their energy consumption.

In addition to the updated manufacturing plans, $GMG.V just signed a binding agreement to acquire the manufacturing IP and brand rights of the THERMAL-XR coating products from OzKem. With the increased graphene supply to produce their G+Al cells and the new THERMAL-XR rights, $GMG.V is setting themselves up for global revenue growth as they continue to scale operations.
