Summary of News Today (GMG officially acquires THERMAL-XR)

Graphene Manufacturing Group (GMG.v) is in the green today after announcing that it has officially acquired the manufacturing IP and brand rights of OzKem's THERMAL-XR coating products.

OzKem developed this coating system using GMG graphene and its base HVAC coating.

GMG is already an international distributor of THERMAL-XR products so it is good to see them fully acquire the rights to these products.

Thermal XR is also GMG's most immediate revenue generator, so it's good to see them invest more in these products their sales give GMG more money for battery development/commercialization.
