GMG.v announces acquisition of IP and brand rights.

This recent acquisition by Graphene Manufacturing Group (TSXV: GMG) is a big development for the growing graphene tech company. GMG has acquired the IP and brand rights for OzKem’s THERMAL-XR coating products.

GMG now owns the THERMAL-XR brand, will buy the base coatings product from OzKem, and will manufacture the THERMAL-XR products containing GMG graphene.

The big announcement everyone is waiting for is progress regarding GMG’s development of graphene pouch cell batteries. These batteries will enable GMG to market its products for commercial and industrial applications, including EVs. Definitely worth keeping an eye out for news on this.

GMG.v is currently trading at $2.99, valued at $236.01 million.
