Pump and dump guys, holding the bag guys, they have a semi full of shares they paid 4+$, so they kinda want share price up to profit off them in addition to fees.

Risk reward ratio looks pretty good to me
Not sure why Goliath not moving up more quickly. Very positive reviews from numberous sources and an unreal number of drill holes to report. Risk reward ratio looks pretty good to me
