Liabilities v Receivables

GPW having a total current liabilities  of $17.55M  does not bother anyone..??

Who are these receivables of $16.96M.. Are they collectable..?? How old are these receovables..??.

Does the balance sheet 2013-09-30 include the sale price of Yangshan and Macau properties..??

In addition , to my previous post.. Who make up the $9.6M payables that form part of the $17.55M Liability for GPW...  Why are the payables almost double that of 2012, when revenues were about the same. Or have the payables been accumulating and unpaid, in the duration? (Rev in, 2012 @ $15.64M.& Payables $5.16M)  (Rev in, 2013 @ $14.27M & Payables $9.61M)  WADR G1945V

The receivables don't bug me at all. Nearly all of them are in the 0-3 month range and they have been going down from $25M in 2009. They have loan agreements with HSBC for the loans, under reasonable terms. Much ...more
