I like what I am seeing. The ex president showing support by sitting next to Abinader. They are not doing the muppet show. Deals are made. Private-Public investments plan for agriculture in region. Unfreezing stalled permits (in exchange) as they conflict with the promises. Local leaders applauding Abinader over Medina who never showed up while grweing up in the provence.  Really hard not

I cant blame most folks for being positive because the DR portrayed a picture of cooperation from the start. I know this stick was a challange for many die to the years and years of waiting (some have been in since begining). At this point ; however, with Abinader comitting to it and having a huge support base from local reps I see this as a full go. Of course that is just my opinion. GLTA!
