It's starts approximately 10 seconds into the link. The host accidentally had himself muted during the introduction.

10 seconds into the link the vid is 10 seconds into a 25-second on-screen countdown with big white numbers.  That's followed by 40 seconds of logos, then 2 minutes of the host saying blah blah blah until he introduces a Tesla guy.  You sure you posted the right link?
