RE:Greenbriar Sustainable refutes claims by SnetsingerI have to say it is very strange why management would produce an internationally distributed news release bringing forward the water issues related to the court case between the Water District and the City, with Greenbriar being the "real party of interest". The postings related to this project have in the past generally been read by perhaps an average of a few dozen people, mainly out of interest as to what's actually happening with the projects. Now the discussion has been opened up to ten's of thousands of people (or more) around the world through this news release.
I'm sure of anybody, Stockhouse appreciates the exposure to its advertisers.
As for Jeff once again exposing my personal information, declining me of my right to anonymity and utilizing the premise of silencing me through threats and legal intimidations. To what purpose was identifying me personally in that news release? The only reason behind this is "doxxing"(dropping documents) or a means of revenge via the violation of privacy. Even his continued actions of c.c.ing his lawyers on emails is a form of intimidation.
The entire context of the news release, related to the erroneous claims, could have been done so without the need to once again expose my personal information. This was purely executed out of revenge and the intimidation to silence me.
As it was over two years ago now that Jeff exposed my name and residence. The fact he has done it again means little too me.
A bad day in court does not justify your actions.
