Sage Ranch

I haven’t seen any info on where Sage Ranch stands, is there a revised timeline for the new year  or are we still sort of in the dark waiting for the city to make its approvals? 

I know its holiday break, but just thought I’d ask.

Xmas, California is in a lock down. Not sure what planet I'm on but there are no robotic construction crews breaking ground anytime soon.

I was thinking more of a 2021 outlook, what hurdles are left to be tackled.  Information for possible newcomers so they don’t have to sift through 80 pages of snarky comments and negative BS.

Hurdles,chuckle, xmas, people are fleeing California in droves because of the taxes, wildfires, politics and a pandemic. California looks like a burnt piece of toast.
