Montalva Update
The deadline for PREPA to respond to our PREB action of March 18 was April 7, which was today. PREB issued a Summons to PREPA on March 18 and gave PREPA 20 days to answer why they placed false numbers into the analysis of Montalva. This included a false analysis of the transmission study, false transmission costs and false PPOA price. Today, PREPA did not respond by today's deadline or even ask for an extension. Today PREB appointed an ALJ (Administrative Law Judge) to examine the evidence and make a decision. An ALJ process happens much faster than any court application and we are happy that PREPA offered no defense and did not request an extension. They have no defense. This is all on the PREB website. Jeff, Would the FOMB be subject to the ALJ decision? Would they need to accommodate another 80MW if the ALJ agrees GRB was screwed? Or would there be another step/process involved after the decision? '87

Beautiful, this should have the dual effect of approving Montalva and exposing the wolves at the hen house.

Doesn't bode well at all. Natalie and Co obviously don't give a flying fook. When they choose to not even acknowledge the situation, you know they are feeling confident and in control. Is that REALLY the opinion of your legal team? Because so far, yor team's and your own opinions have meant diddley squat.

What could possibly go wrong in Puerto Rico? It isn't like they would just default on hundreds of billions in debt and other obligations. Oh wait a minute....
