Because Jeff's empty promises, and keep putting off and delay . Me and I believe many others have missed tons of opportunities on other stocks .   Since years ago none of the promises jeff made has delivered yet . Where's nasdaq ? Where's montalva ? Where's sage ranch , if we checked what  he said before , it should all be done long time ago . Just for example nasdaq , he said one year ago that the grb will be on it in few months , and now he saying gonna be the end of 2021 or next year . And There are tons of evidences that he also said Similar things about montalva and sage ranch , the time he promised would be delivered it has passed long long time ago .  Jeff stfu , if you can't do it on time , stop lying .

Nasdaq has objectives you have to meet before you list so it's dependent on the other projects being operational. Moltova was evident last year and before with the PR issues that it may struggle. I believe everyone knows that GRB is on the TSX venture and what that means. As for those who missed opportunities, I suggest diversification (have more eggs, in different baskets).
