LAWSUIT to be filed aginst Shneps

Greenbriar has spoken with its legal counsel and determined it is in the best interest of the company to file an action in the Supreme Court of British Columbia to expose to the shareholders and to the company, the email address, the home address, and phone numbers of a person who uses the handle: “Shneps” on Stockhouse and other online chat forums.  From there the company, will proceed with an action of defamation against such individual for damages and punitive damages exceeding one million dollars plus special costs, legal fees and an order banning such individual from further actions. 
 
Over a period of one year, “Shneps has accused the company and its officers of inside dealings, unlawful enrichment, theft of company assets, mismanagement, insider trading by family members, lawsuits with or against the company that do not exists, false and misleading information that have no other objective other than to harm the companies shareholders and officers either financially or through reputational losses. 
 
Once the claim and has been made and identity revealed in BC, the same claims will be filed in California. Stockhouse, the other online forums, and the internet service providers WILL NOT oppose the legal applications. 
 
Punitive damages will be sought to the maximum amounts permitted by the courts.

I'll do you a favour and you don't even need to bother. Having done some extensive readings yesterday I've determined there are skeletons in the closet that have a pattern and I'm truly not interested in investing in GRB further. The problem for Schnepps is now multiplied ecponentially. For example GRB starts a lawsuit in Canada (BC?) and then follows up in California as stated by Jeff previously. Legal fees are going to be expensive to start with. Then you add on the US exchange rate (i believe Jeff said Schnepps is a Canadian) for a California lawyer. Then the possibility of an appeal by either side in both jurisdictions ...more

Is this really and truly the best possible use of GRB corporate funds? Considering Montalva and now Shneps how much of GRB's limited financial resources goes to legal expenses?

Cool so that means that the stock price will go up and that all the projects will be executed , because of course it was all Shneps fault if nothing was ever happening !  It used to be sweet baby Jesus . So now that both are gone we are going to be rich, if I understand correctly .  Evidently , like all the shareholders, I buy and sell my sotck according to what people say on Stockhouse ...more

Hi Patrick, i agree with you 100%. Although i think your estimate of $80-$100k is on the low side. Another way to proceed in order to preserve GRB money ( As mentioned by a few) is to have a shareholder or shareholders put up the money for the lawsuit on behalf of GRB. With the understanding that after settlement/judgements are awarded,they get back their costs and split the difference with GRB.
