Not sure what your question means considering we have no idea what Jeff was hinting at. Anyone can develop an offset project and sell their offsets without starting or investing in a venture in the carbon offset space.  Your question is like asking don't you have to own a gold mine to make money from gold. Greenbriar is already in the carbon offset market. It just has been announced yet. I'm pretty sure that wasn't what Jeff was hinting at. It sounded like this would be a new venture for Greenbriar. The solar projects related to Devon's work are inside-the-fence projects and will not be exporting to the grid so they would not be eligible for offset credits, at least not in Alberta's compliance market anyway. And I don't think generating and selling offsets

I believe you are confusing the two different projects announcement in Alberta. The "inside the fence" solar buildouts are related to Westlake Energy and the projects I referenced are the Ridge Utilities announcement. Ridge Utilities is part of the Utilities Network and Partners, along with The Solar Club. Read the NR I attached and you will also note in the news release the following
