I asked Jeff a few questions and here are his answers

 
1. Are we still under the Insider Blackout Period? It has been in effect for longer than 1 year, and most news has been released. 

We still have more powerful news to be released like the final approval for Montalva and the start of construction for Sage Ranch.  Until that happens we will keep the blackout.

2. Why are we not hearing yet about the outcome of the settlement process of the Montalva project? 

Because PREPA must give permission on all of our news releases regarding the settlement.  It is customary to not issue news releases without the other party consent.  As soon as PREPA is comfortable approving the news release they will allow us to issue the news release on the postitive settlement outcome.  We expect PREPA to issue news as early as a few weeks. PREPA wants to settle this case quickly and give their final approval.

3. Are West Lake Solar projects still in progress? 

West Lake President is unfortunately in critical illness and we are waiting for his substitute.

4. Is the acquisition of the real estate agency still in play? 

Yes, very much so.  We submitted the signed acquisition to the owner of Keller Williams International, Mr. Gary Keller.  His legal team is reviewing the acquisition. Under California law he MUST approve the acquisition.  Once the acquisition is approved, all of the Greenbriar shareholders will receive new free shares of a new Company called Greenbriar Forward Living and that company will go public. This past year of 2022 , which was a slow year for real estate, Forward Living - Paul Morris did USD $7,208,106,344 in sales as owner and sold 5,339 homes in Los Angeles including Beverly Hills, generating over USD $142 Million is commission income.  Paul Morris and his team will run the company and I will not be involved in that new company. It will be run by his current management. All of the Greenbriar shareholders will receive shares.

5. Can I read your silence amidst the incremental price decline as a token of your confidence? 

Yes, the price decline is caused by the few people posting on Stockhouse who like to create problems for other people. My job is building and completing our projects and my absense is because the projects are at very serious stages of development and I cannot be distracted by conversations that are not productive. We expect big success this year for both GRB and PWR

To blame this site for the weak share price is ridiculous, to say the least. What about all of the other investment forums across the internet? Why single out Stockhouse? And the last time there was an up to date corporate presentation available was when? Greenbriar Capital Twitter account last utilized November 2022. Jeff last mentioned Greenbriar in September 2022 on his personal account. Reddit never took off. Silence can be deadly in this business. There is a lot of money spent, on a monthly basis, for "marketing and donations".

I checked out West Lake and read their latest ESG report. They make no mention of any solar project, which seems a bit odd, as one would think they would be talking a lot about that. Couldn't find any mention of an ill CEO/president. More questions than answers.

It is unfortunate that the CEO of Westlake does suffer from ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) and is not well as the disease takes its course. As a private company it is not imperative they make any announce to the public, in relation to their CEO. As for "...we are waiting for his substitute", in my opinion is a very disgusting reference to somebody whom all persons seemed to have a great ...more

Wow, ALS, that is too bad. Thanks for letting me know, shneps. No doubt he was a big part of the Westlake team, and his situation is much more important than any minor deal they may have struck with a third party.

https://www.realtrends.com/billionaires-club/ Ranking  #76 for reference as to Forward Living statistics. Perhaps the other numbers referenced are also inclusive of the offices "managed" by Paul Morris. Still seems to not be the clarity required as to what is actually being spunout into a new company.
