You're not the only one, why in the world would you want to talk to the source of 6 failed and failing businesses plus the disaster that's C.PWR?  Isn't the failed on the record news releases and interviews bad enough you need to phone and get more promises off the record?

 Expected some downside pressure today.  Haven't seen any and in the last 10 mins 0.74 bulked up the bid side again.  Still not selling my shares but interested in the reaction today.  I assumed Jeff confidence would mean not having a backup plan.  However the lack of sales leads me to believe everyone may of expected the result and already working on something?

Yeah thats what i was thinking , as we all could see that from the May 3th hearing , there were already red flags showing the judge may sided with the water district. After reading the full judgment  , I feel there are bias from the judge against this project .  But obviously Grb did a floppy job in the hearing , how they didnt transfer the water from Jeff to the company officially

If everyone was adults the best option would be not appeal.  Have city and Water District get together and make sure it gets done properly.  Unfortunately they may never get along.
