Prairie Lithium was acquired for $70.6M in cash and stock, assigning an enterprise value of $17.21/tonne of LCE (inferred).

 

As of today, GRD trades for roughly $5 EV/tonne of LCE.

 

That’s nearly a 3.5X multiple!
