That's not correct.  Venezuela's assets in the US, Citgo, has essentially already been seized, thanks to Crystallex.  They were successful IN COURT and many other companies - GRZ included - asked to be a legal party to those assets. We were granted that. Citgo's value - $8 billion -  is more than enough to pay us and everyone else who is legallly entitled to the

You didn't account for the employee retention bonus, options, CVRs and cash the company will hold back to stay afloat. Forget about the mine and any 45%. That will surely be zero. The only reason the stock price is where it is is because of the potential award. After that's paid, the stock will essentially be worth book value, which is almost nothing.  There are no operations, no

Many thanks for the information. I personally read about the company from Swen Lorenzs undervalued-shares. He mentioned previously another one, Rusoro Mining (RML, wihich triplicated from that time. Has 130 m CAD, cc 100 m usd. Their claim is 1,2 mrd USD, Do we know, aprroximately, what is total ammount of claims that mitght be eligible for beeing satisfied from the CITGO auction ? Br. Rider
