Institutions like certainty, and the release contract wins gives some visibility to upcoming top line revenues. They don't want to wait every 3 months to know what happened in the past 5 months. If the K-9 market is still the bread and butter of the business due to the upgrade cycle, then investors need transparency on how we are progressing, while we wait for the "big" one to come.
