Likely some motivated portfolio changes now we reach .60Not really motivated selling for any reason other than portfolio positioning by investors. General thinking is you can sell now at .60 and buy back 6 months from now ,still at .60 . That's been shown many times.If you have to pay 3 or 4 cents more in 6 months,that's fine ,your money is not been sitting idle
