I'll post some numbers for people to consider. Prior to the private placement announcement we were trading at 63 cents. If the deal goes through we reach close to $1. 

With a 50% chance of a financial  close we should be trading at 81.5 cents

With a 40% chance of success we should be trading at 77.8 cents

With a 60 % chance of success we should be trading at 85.2 cents

Using yesterday's closing price of 66 cents the market is implying with a 91.8% chance that the deal will not go through. 

I personally believe we are slightly better than 50 % of closing the deal  as Doug would have informed us by now that the deal was off.

I agree, this is a pretty fair assessment. One thing to remember is that there are a lot of fear mongers on this board. BS77 comes to minds by posting "it's going to $.40 if the financing does not close", which is nonsense.  The easiest thing to do with posters such as this is to put them on IGNORE THIS USER.   Good point. I don't believe it will drop to 40 cents but I can certainly see a market sell off take the price below 60 cents. I believe it will settle in the 60-65 cent range when all the dust settles. Then I believe in anticipation of year end financials we will see the price trending above 65 cents. This is in my opinion the absolute worst case scenario if the deal does not close

One should also consider that the share price was on an uptrend just prior to the PP announcement. It has essentially lost 3 months of upward price appreciation, trading essentially unchanged from .63.  It could easily be at $1 without the distraction which has had a negative impact now.

Agreed . Monday can’t come fast enough . Let’s get this financing issue resolved , one way or another , and get back to the business at hand . The markets are rocking and Gatekeeper has done bugger all , in fact lose $$ , on paper for us .

My gut feeling is that we will get a response at the last minute and it's a coin flip imo as to what happens.
