Noticed a decent amount of accumlation from this one brokerage since May 10, 2021. No sales since that date. I notice they are purchasing some shares almost every day.

I had a quick look thru it when it was released today. Roger is right a lot of info in there. Long and detailed. 12 year Capital budget of $7.4B. DD was certainly correct when he said SEPTA is a large customer with many parts. It has the potential to last a long time. Some/most of the gov money they are getting must be used for Capital projects and some of it is for assistance with operational

I keep wondering if Fidelity is buying for one of our new Directors. That would be a positive sign. I check Sedi often but so far no new buys filed there. Business comment today saying the US is starting to rotate back to service industries and away from goods. That could be a good sign for transit as more people head out for food, sports, travel, etc

The link didn't work, however I was able to find it.  Great information, thanks for sharing!  What I find interesting is the fact that ongoing rollout of bus lane camera enforcement in NYC is mentioned!!  I am surprised there has been no talk about this.  I don't recall any PR's about pilots in NYC, but who else has similar
