Everything is Excellent

Parties met and signed off everthing last night in Calgary - in the hands of the lawyers now - we should be getting news about the finalization and all the good details later this week or early Monday - some bonus stuff in the news coming as well - all GREat news all around - we should see some news highs coming shortly - GL ALL
