GoviEx is simultaneously advancing three uranium projects in Niger, Zambia, and Mali.

• GXU is up 104% since we initiated coverage in August 2021.

• Uranium prices recently surpassed US$60/lb, and are up 105% YoY, and 59% since
Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

• Analysts believe the uranium supply chain is highly vulnerable, and supply
disruptions are likely as the probability of a prolonged cold war between the West and
East is rising.

• GXU is trading at just $1.5/lb vs the sector average of $2.6/lb, and is one of the most undervalued uranium juniors in our list.

• Due to the vulnerable supply chain, we believe majors are likely to pursue M&A to secure long-term supply. GXU’s large portfolio and undervalued metrics make them a strong target.
