HEVI Shareholders, When May We Expect The Next Move Higher?Because of the recent good company news, the last share price consolidation only took a matter of about 11 days before Helium Evolution shares moved, sharply higher.
Looking at the recent activity on the charts, it appears to me that the share price is consolidating at the present price levels at a more contracted rate. The candle stick indicator suggests to me that some investors are becoming more interested in paying up more in anticipation of that higher price!

However, it would appear to me based on the recent buying that most new investors feel that this project has now been largely de-risked!
The recent press releases only get better and better!
Private equity seems to concur with this sentiment. North American Helium has many active ongoing projects in Saskatchewan. And they are keenly interested in Helium Evolution's properties. Although their company is private and we have no access to their financial numbers, they appear to be making a lot of money! They are in an active phase of growth!
When they find a commercial prospect, they get their helium production facilities up and running, very quickly! These facilities are not too expensive for them to construct! Helium is light and is easy to separate from these mostly nitrogen containing gases!
The Saskatchewan royalty structure seems very reasonable! And NA Helium already has their offtake agreements in place to world-wide customers. Helium can be easily compressed and shipped easily anywhere in the world where the demand for this product pays the most!
Helium Evolution only needs to sit back and collect their 20% of the revenue stream after a small payment has been paid for their share of the cost of shipping the helium to NA Helium's international customers.
We may expect that NA Helium will keep making joint venture deals to continue exploring Helium Evolution's properties in the future.
If NA Helium doesn't choose to buy our company, then we may expect many continuing years of dividend payments as reward for our present financial commitment!
But it's hard to predict what private equity may choose to do! Perhaps they would prefer not to share and keep all the profits for themselves by buying us out! If so, this could logically happen soon!
It is all good for us! Whatever happens, our share price will go much higher than it is today!
We await the official company announcement from Helium Evolution that recent drilling and well testing has confirmed the commercial viability of our project! But already, the indicators have been good!
Once this confirmation has been publically announced, expect a very sharp jump in the price of our shares!
But why wait for that news to come out when the uncertainty for our project now seems substantially de-risked?

But many have already decided to get on board with a purchase!
