WHICH IS IT?

I go back to what i have said all along. I do not believe that capital west would say that the present offer is fair without taking the current market into consideration. They must have looked at sales and todays market to make the claim or they are the one that would and should be sued. If you are making claims that management is operating in an untrustworthy way to try and steal everyone blind then you must also be saying that capital West is either an incompetent group or a partner in the crime. Which is it HLDalongtime?

May I reinterate: I was around during the end of the last Home Buyers Assistance Partnerships  ...more

Good response, taguar, I believe that the one man independent committee deliberately sought out a 3rd party (Capital West) who would give an ultra conservative opinion. However, I am with vestigator that management to date has really done nothing wrong. Put yourself in MT’s shoes. He came into this venture as a boy-wonder with impeccable credentials. He had enjoyed great success making ...more

This is excellent! We are getting increasing participation with a lot of meaningful dialogue on this board. VestiGator, …sounds like you are a lot like me. Always looking for something positive and almost always giving people “the benefit of the doubt” (sometimes to the point of naivety—I speak for myself). But I think that we all benefit from considering all points of view: positive ...more
